Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas as either:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster genuine connections with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with further experience in client advocacy, group therapy, or crisis intervention will be looked upon favorably, as these skills can enhance the therapeutic support provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 9,000 to 10,400 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. We also provide:
