Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Engage clients in regular sessions to provide support, tools, and coping strategies necessary for overcoming their challenges.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Document client progress and treatment plans meticulously in compliance with clinical guidelines and best practices.

• Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance professional development and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients who may be struggling with mental health issues, including, but not limited to, substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Your ability to relate to individuals from various backgrounds and cultures is crucial for providing inclusive and effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid professional license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of four years of direct experience providing mental health counseling.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
