This role will be primarily conducted in a remote setting utilizing telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, employing a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, involving case managers, psychiatrists, and other specialists to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Perform crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health distress, employing immediate strategies to stabilize and support them effectively.

• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will provide critical support to individuals facing issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts, ensuring that each client receives culturally competent care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
