Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that address clients' unique needs and promote emotional healing.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to support clients on their journey to recovery.

• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and share insights that enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and updates in accordance with best practices and HIPAA regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse populations from the Elk Grove area and beyond, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and you will play a vital role in helping them navigate complex emotional landscapes while promoting resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services with a demonstrated ability to manage a caseload efficiently.

• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients and convey therapeutic concepts effectively.

• Commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice, reflecting values of inclusivity and social justice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
