Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Scenic Integrative Health and Recovery Solutions, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by developing and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to established professional ethics and guidelines.

• Conduct thorough assessments during intake sessions to understand clients’ needs and tailor therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Diagnose mental health disorders accurately and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting self-exploration, resilience, and coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and addressing any barriers to anticipated outcomes.

• Document every session, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, families, and groups experiencing various mental health challenges. Our client population is diverse in terms of age, background, and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential applicable in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting following your graduate education.

• Proven ability to provide direct psychotherapy services and conduct intake assessments to gather essential client information.
