Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs and capabilities of patients, using this information to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions to address various psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Act as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, actively engaging with patients to foster a therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to enhance patient care through shared insights and comprehensive case management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with program and regulatory standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software efficiently.

• Uphold the highest standards of ethical practice, ensuring compliance with agency policies and relevant legal statutes.

• Participate in program planning initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services offered at the center.

• Provide crisis intervention and triage evaluations as needed, responding effectively to patient emergencies with a calm and supportive approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population within the community health clinic setting. This includes a wide range of psychological needs from adults, adolescents, families, and couples. Clients often present with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use issues, necessitating a compassionate and personalized approach tailored to each individual’s circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering an annual base pay between USD 70,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
