Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate the psychological state, treatment needs, and social circumstances of new clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other modalities to address various mental health challenges.

• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation to clients about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources.
\n
• Monitor client progress through consistent follow-up sessions, setting and adjusting therapeutic goals as needed.
\n
• Promote self-reflection and constructive coping strategies through talk therapy and supportive dialogue.
\n
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and resources that benefit client care.
\n
• Engage with community resources to help clients access additional support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at our clinic, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your approach will emphasize cultural sensitivity and empathy, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
