Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering trust while adhering to professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and treatment efficacy, determining the right timing for discharge when applicable.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that honor each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for every client interaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

• Perform in-depth intake assessments to gather relevant historical and situational information, setting the stage for effective treatment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices suited to each client’s therapeutic journey.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and other mental health providers, to create integrated care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a broad clientele, including adults, children, and families seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. Your work will contribute to reducing stigma associated with seeking help, promoting mental health, and fostering resilience among individuals in the community. By providing compassionate care through telehealth, you ensure clients have access to the support they need from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to manage and deliver effective mental health services.

• Proficiency in using various computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, email platforms (e.g., Outlook), and practice management systems (e.g., PIMSY).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually, honoring your expertise and contributions.
