Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and individualized mental health counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to guide clients toward their therapeutic goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enhancing their self-awareness and coping strategies.

• Assist clients in identifying and developing healthy coping mechanisms for their challenges, while providing continuous support throughout their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our specialized team, you will work with primarily stable, low-acuity adults facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• No past disciplinary actions on your professional record, ensuring a firm commitment to ethics and integrity in clinical practice.
