Work Environment

The Pain Management program at Spring Hill Medical Physicians operates onsite within our fully equipped hospital facility. Our environment is designed for optimal patient care, featuring advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools, a supportive administrative team, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of care. You will work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic as you engage with patients and colleagues in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with various pain syndromes, utilizing appropriate diagnostic methods.
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging studies, such as X-rays and MRIs, to inform treatment decisions.
• Design and implement individualized care plans, recommending interventions such as physical therapy and prescribing non-narcotic medications.
• Perform interventional procedures, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered during each patient interaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, reflecting ongoing evaluations and treatment outcomes.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Address patient concerns and educate them on pain management techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
