Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols.
• Review results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, partner in training new staff or students, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment and comply with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Maintaining current certification throughout the duration of employment.
