Senior Manager of Deal Desk

Owning and evolving the deal desk function, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Deal Desk will manage deal review processes, develop commercial policies, and serve as a strategic advisor to Sales and Partnerships while leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end Deal Desk function, including deal review, approval routing, and exception management Develop and maintain the commercial policy framework to enable fast and controlled deal approvals Analyze pricing and deal performance data to identify opportunities for productivity improvements Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or commercial finance within a B2B SaaS environment Experience managing deal review processes and approval workflows for various deal sizes Strong understanding of SaaS business models and contract structures Proven ability to evaluate deal economics and balance growth with profitability Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
