Additional Skills

What You'll Do

Maintain and update on-air programming schedules for broadcast and digital platforms.
Coordinate daily programming to support uninterrupted 24/7 broadcast operations.
Make schedule adjustments to accommodate programming and operational changes.
Verify playlists and scheduling information are accurate and ready for air.
Troubleshoot scheduling issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
Work cross-functionally with multiple departments in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Previous experience in a 24/7 broadcast environment is a plus.
Experience with broadcast automation or scheduling systems is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn new scheduling software and broadcast platforms.
Schedule Requirements

This role supports a 24/7 operation. Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules, including:

Evenings
Nights
Weekends
Holidays, as business needs require
