Personal Assistant To High-Profile Principal Location: Los Angeles, CA (Calabasas Preferred) Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support a high-profile principal in managing a dynamic personal, family, and lifestyle operation.This role requires a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly balance household support, family logistics, personal projects, and day-to-day lifestyle management. The ideal candidate has experience supporting celebrities, public figures, executives, or UHNW individuals and understands the importance of discretion, anticipation, and exceptional follow-through. Success in this role requires sound judgment, emotional intelligence, flexibility, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving with professionalism and ease. Responsibilities Personal & Family Support Manage the principal's personal calendar and coordinate schedules for children, including school commitments, activities, tutors, appointments, and family events. Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively resolve issues before they require the principal's attention. Serve as a trusted right hand, ensuring personal and family priorities are executed efficiently and thoughtfully. Coordinate gifting, special occasions, holiday planning, and other personal requests. Lifestyle & Household Coordination Partner closely with household staff, vendors, and external teams to ensure seamless communication and execution. Assist with household-related logistics, approvals, documentation, and special projects. Help maintain organization across personal records, inventories, digital files, and household systems. Support the principal in creating structure and consistency across a busy home environment. Travel & Logistics Coordinate personal and family travel arrangements, including research, bookings, itineraries, and destination preparation. Pack and unpack for trips with meticulous attention to detail and personal preferences. Maintain travel essentials, wardrobes, and travel kits to ensure readiness at all times. Liaise with hotels, residences, transportation providers, security personnel, and destination teams to ensure seamless travel experiences. Projects & Special Requests Research experiences, events, destinations, and opportunities aligned with the principal's interests and family priorities. Assist with personal projects, photo organization, archives, and other administrative initiatives. Manage last-minute requests with efficiency, discretion, and a positive attitude. Support lifestyle, wellness, entertainment, and family-related initiatives as needed. Qualifications Prior experience supporting a celebrity, entertainer, athlete, executive, UHNW individual, or high-profile family. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with family members, staff, vendors, and professional representatives. Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to source products, gifts, experiences, and services independently. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and resourceful in rapidly changing situations. Comfortable working occasional evenings, weekends, and supporting travel when needed. Comfortable moving between private family life, public-facing environments, and professional settings with ease. Lives in the Calabasas area or can reliably commute. Candidates must possess outstanding references and a proven track record supporting high-profile individuals, celebrities, executives, or private households.
