Position Overview

This is a clinical role (not a leadership position) and is structured as an Independent Contractor position. Providers must carry their own professional liability insurance coverage.

Compensation Snapshot

• Initial Evaluations: $500 $800
• Follow-Ups: $280 $590
• Clinicians Receive: 60% of all collected fees

Candidate Requirements

• Active medical license in any U.S. state (required to apply)
• Must be willing to obtain a Maryland medical license
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time patient care experience after training
• Comfortable treating all ages , ideally with specialized child psychiatry training
• Experienced in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology , with a strong commitment to the therapy component of care
• Independent Contractor must secure own liability coverage
• Open to and aligned with the practice s Root Cause Psychiatry philosophy , including use of diagnostic and advanced testing (e.g., genetic, microbiome, nutrient testing) when clinically appropriate
