Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs, preferences, and mental health conditions.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to discuss patient progress, treatment modifications, and any emerging concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating the capacity to respond to emergencies and support clients in navigating challenging emotional situations.

• Coordinate with family members or support systems to facilitate a collaborative approach to client treatment and discharge planning.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training workshops, supervision, and peer support sessions to remain current in best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience providing mental health services is necessary for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with high levels of organization and self-direction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
