This position will be primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while you provide outpatient counseling services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring an up-to-date overview of treatment progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, participating in team meetings to discuss client care and ensuring that services meet the highest standards of quality.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying informed about new developments in mental health, attending workshops and pursuing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
