Food Services Director, Therapeutic Diets (Correctional)

Food Administrator I Location: North Kern State Prison, Delano, Kern. Job Responsibilities Under the direction of the Correctional Health Services Administrator I/II, the Food Administrator I plans, organizes, and directs all food service and dietary activities at the Correctional Treatment Center (CTC), including the therapeutic diet program within the institution. Additional duties are documented in the attached duty statement. Compensation and Leave Effective July 1, 2025, all full‑time employees will receive a 3% base salary reduction and 5 Personal Leave Program (PLP) credits monthly until June 2027 per the Memorandum of Understanding.
