Sales Development Representative

Bring your knowledge & passion to healthcare with SOPHiA GENETICS as our new Sales Development Representative based in our Boston office. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in office at our Boston, MA location. Responsibilities Generate new sales opportunities through inbound management and outbound outreach (calls, email, use of Salesforce CRM and other enablement software) Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Be the front-line for SOPHiA GENETICS in reporting market feedback to teams across the organization Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives Manage renewals and up-sell opportunities with certain key products Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results Developing sales outreach strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers. Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales. Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs. Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services. Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently Driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Exposure to different sales tools, such as: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Groove, Outreach, DemandBase, ZoomInfo BA/BS degree preferred Benefits US: Outstanding Medical, Dental & Vision with 90% Employer Contribution Company matched 401K at 4% Company-paid short & long-term disability insurance FSA commuter benefits 20 Days PTO, increasing to 25 with tenure; 5 Days Sick and 14 Public Holidays Free EAP Job Details Starting Date: ASAP Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid 3x/week in office Contract: Permanent MA Pay Range: $60,000 - $120,750 Disclaimer: The estimated pay range represents a good faith estimate of what the Company expects to pay a successful applicant for the listed position and applicants specifically to candidates based in Massachusetts.
