Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients entering the detox program, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to identify personal histories and presenting issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific mental health challenges and recovery goals, ensuring implementation is collaborative and adaptive to their needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering personal growth, enhancing emotional regulation, and teaching clients effective coping strategies.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide necessary support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and coordinating referrals to appropriate care as needed.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health, substance use conditions, treatment options, and local resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment interventions, and client progress, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
