Personal Assistant to Mom/Entrepreneur in Malibu Location -- Deep Malibu Candidates ideally based in: Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks (Santa Monica considered) Schedule: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Compensation: Hourly + DOE Benefits for full-time: Medical insurance, gas reimbursement, and overtime A highly creative, industrious, and busy mom and entrepreneur is seeking a versatile, hands‑on Personal Assistant to support both her personal and professional needs. This is a true right‑hand position for a warm, highly adaptable “Jill of all trades” who can seamlessly integrate into the ecosystem of a busy household. The entire team works closely together, and this person must be equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves alongside the housekeepers, collaborating with the broader household staff, and communicating professionally with the Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate is fluid, flexible, and genuinely team-oriented, with no ego around any task. They must love dogs, enjoy being around older children, and be comfortable working in a lively, ever‑changing environment. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates fashion, organization, problem‑solving, and aesthetics—and who finds satisfaction in making a busy household and business run more smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day errands, including dry cleaning, returns, shopping, and general task execution Oversee home organization projects, including closets, the garage, and storage areas, with a strong eye for labels, systems, and ongoing upkeep Maintain high standards of organization throughout the home Work closely and collaboratively with the housekeepers and broader household team Jump in wherever needed with a true “no task too big or too small” approach Adapt fluidly as priorities shift throughout the day Assist with wardrobe organization and merchandising Care for clothing properly, including steaming, hanging, zipping, and storing items Support styling‑related needs with a strong appreciation for fashion and presentation Provide occasional assistance with a 14‑year‑old, including school‑related needs, activities, and doctor’s appointments Be warm, dependable, and comfortable around children Serve as a supportive and trustworthy presence within the household Assist with light administrative responsibilities, including scheduling and travel coordination Provide support to a nonprofit animal rescue organization based in Thousand Oaks Assist with additional creative, household, or personal projects as needed Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and other members of the team to ensure clear communication and seamless execution Ideal Candidate A true “Jill of all trades” who is energized by variety and willing to roll up their sleeves Warm, approachable, and respectful toward every member of the household team Highly organized, with a natural ability to create systems and maintain order Hands‑on, proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented Fluid and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly as needs change Trustworthy and discreet, with a strong sense of integrity Detail‑oriented, with an eye for aesthetics—particularly fashion and home organization Comfortable balancing personal assistance, household support, and light administrative work A genuine dog lover who is enthusiastic about supporting the family’s animal rescue efforts Comfortable and natural around older children Local to Malibu or the Conejo Valley strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
