Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients experiencing substance use issues.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and outcomes as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Providing emotional support and resources to families and clients, fostering a supportive environment aimed at healing and recovery.
\n
• Adhering to all relevant Federal and State regulations and ethical standards to ensure quality care.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop joint plans with families, recommending strategies that promote progress in a natural learning environment.

• Implementing the IFSP in alignment with child development milestones and family objectives.
\n
• Facilitating skill-building for families to enhance the developmental progress of their children.
\n
• Maintaining operational compliance to ensure the health and safety of team members and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on families and children facing developmental delays or challenges due to substance use impacts. You will be instrumental in providing Early Intervention (EI) support, ensuring that our youngest clients have access to necessary resources that promote healthy development during their critical early years. Your work will directly contribute to nurturing resilient children and supportive family environments.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for the LCSW position, you must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.

• A valid driver’s license.

\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences and skills are advantageous:
