National Accounts Director

Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing women's health MedTech company entering an exciting phase of expansion. We are supporting them in appointing a National Accounts Director to take ownership of their US national accounts strategy.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead strategy across GPOs, RPOs and major IDNs , with a focus on increasing penetration of existing contracts, expanding access within key healthcare systems and supporting the commercialisation of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the national accounts strategy across three business units.
\n
• Develop and execute GPO and IDN penetration strategies.
\n
• Lead contract negotiations and make pricing recommendations to the CEO.
\n
• Partner closely with regional sales teams to drive local execution.
\n
• Support new product additions and commercial launches.
\n
• Build and develop the National Accounts team.
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n
• 6+ years of medical device sales experience.
\n
• Strong experience selling into healthcare systems.
\n
• Proven GPO, RPO and IDN contracting experience.
\n
• Strong negotiation, commercial and strategic skills.
\n
• Track record of driving account penetration and revenue growth.
\n
• Experience building or developing teams.
\n
• Women's health, surgical or physician-preference device experience is advantageous.
\n
