In this travel Physical Therapy - Home Health job, you will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Mass General Brigham Home Care is the home-health arm of Mass General Brigham, bringing PT, OT, and speech therapy into patients' homes across Eastern Massachusetts.

In-home occupational therapy focused on activities of daily living regaining skills or compensating for lasting loss of function

Home-based caseload: post-surgical recovery (e.g., joint replacement), stroke and neurologic rehab, and chronic-condition management

PT, OT, and speech therapy in the home, alongside skilled nursing, home health aides, and social work

Backed by the Mass General Brigham system (Mass General and Brigham & Women's), with wound care, IV therapy, and pediatric/prenatal programs; expect a territory-based, visit-driven model
