This role is responsible for maintaining accurate resident medical records while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and confidentiality standards.**Pay*** $19.29 to $24.11 per hour, based on experience**Schedule*** Part time**Responsibilities*** Maintain and organize resident medical records in both electronic and paper formats* Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and up to date* Process admissions, discharges, and transfers related to medical records* File, scan, and retrieve documents as needed* Protect resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations* Assist with medical record audits and regulatory compliance* Respond to requests for medical records in accordance with facility policies* Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff* Perform other administrative duties as assigned**Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Previous medical records or healthcare administrative experience preferred* Knowledge of HIPAA and medical records procedures preferred* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Proficiency with computers and electronic health record systems* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamJoin our compassionate team and help support quality resident care through accurate and efficient medical record management.### **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement**### Lacamas Creek Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
