Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual, group, and family contexts, drawing from a diverse range of methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other therapists, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programming to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the Nashville area.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from various racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many clients may face challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As a licensed therapist, you will be instrumental in creating a therapeutic space where clients can openly discuss their experiences and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrable cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
