Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their unique needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups, employing various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including timely updates to electronic medical records (EMR).

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying informed on current mental health research and practices.

The clients you will serve often come from diverse backgrounds, including underserved communities with limited access to mental health resources. You will address a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
