AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. You're a people leader: You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, model required service standards, and hold associates accountable, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You have an eye for talent and love of training: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent to keep the store staffed to meet business needs, and you take pride in training and developing associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. You know teamwork is essential: You challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching. You motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance. You're a visual & operational innovator: You execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. You ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards. Integrity is your middle name: You maintain store safety, commit to Asset Protection, and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures, doing the right thing at all times. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. You have led teams in a retail management role previously. You can multi‑task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize effectively. You possess strong business acumen. You have flexible availability that aligns with guest shopping times. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including experience and location. Eligible associates may receive health care benefits (medical, vision, dental), wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement benefits, life and disability insurance, employee stock purchase program, paid time off, paid sick leave, and parental leave.
