Office manager- house maid- book keeper

Outdoor landscape and maintenance

This multifaceted role combines office management, housekeeping, and bookkeeping duties to ensure smooth operational, financial, and maintenance functions within the organization. You will oversee administrative tasks, maintain cleanliness and organization of the premises, manage financial records, and support landscaping efforts to enhance the workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • build organized office structure for small office- digitize everything.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized small home/office
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities
  • Track budgets and support financial reporting requirements
  • Coordinate and assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance job. (ideal candidate is an avid and effective gardener)

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and bookkeeping
