The Opportunity As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team, you are positioned to lead the delivery of innovative managed services in the telecom and telephony space. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyse complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of technology solutions. Responsibilities Analyze and design integration solutions for telecom and telephony systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cloud and network architecture projects. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Utilise critical thinking to address complex integration issues. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and technologies. Foster relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. At least 4 years of experience. CCNA or equivalent. What Sets You Apart ITIL Foundation or equivalent preferred. BICSI certification preferred. Demonstrating leadership in team environments. Supporting circuit turn‑up and validation testing. Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues. Validating port status and physical connectivity. Coordinating with carriers and vendors for resolutions. Maintaining asset inventory and documentation. Adhering to safety and compliance standards. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
