Associate Manufacturing - Solution Prep (Nights)

Associate Manufacturing role in solutions production at Amgen's Rhode Island facility, working 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule. The position involves batch preparation, process monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations under GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform batching and transfer of buffers and media according to established SOPs
- Monitor critical processes and complete routine validation protocols
- Draft and revise manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and technical reports
- Identify deviations, implement process improvements, and support LEAN initiatives
- Document all activities in batch records and maintain compliance with GMP standards
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED plus 2 years manufacturing or operations experience
- OR Associate's degree plus 6 months manufacturing or operations experience
- OR Bachelor's degree in related field
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain batch records
- Basic troubleshooting and technical writing skills
