As a Sales Relationship Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional wholesaler experiences, driving sales, and representing our innovative brand at trade shows and industry events all over the US. Key Responsibilities:  

Sales:  

\n
• Engage with wholesalers to understand their needs and patients they see. Share how Glutaryl™ can fit into their practice and results they will bring in.    
\n
• Drive sales through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and building long-term customer relationships. 
\n
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets that are set quarterly. (Normally a 15% increase quarter after quarter) 
\n

Trade Show Coordination and Attendance:  

\n
• Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows, including booking venues, shipping materials, and scheduling team travel. 
\n
• Represent Auro Wellness at trade shows, delivering compelling product demonstrations and engaging with prospective customers in both healthcare and beauty care industries.  
\n
• Sell products to prospective customers at the tradeshow  
\n
• Collect and organize leads from events, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship building. 
\n

Tradeshow Success   

\n
• Goal to collect 5% of attendees at the tradeshow as leads 
\n
• After show goal to open account for 5% of the leads met at the show and have them place an order  
\n
• Continue to touch base with leads for 1 year to keep engaged and aware of Glutaryl™ 
\n
• Continue to search out new tradeshows to attend to connect with new prospective accounts 
\n

Relationship Building 

\n
• Keep in contact with all wholesale accounts Monthly to see how they are incorporating Auro Products and how we can help them 
\n
• How their patients and how they are liking Auro products and get reviews  
\n
• See how we can help them increase order quantity over time  
\n

Client Management  

\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism. 
\n
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction. 
\n
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, empowering customers to make informed decisions about our beauty care and wellness products. 
\n

Phone and Online Support:  

\n
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with accuracy and efficiency. 
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or order-related issues, providing clear and actionable solutions. 
\n

Order Management:  

\n
• Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. 
\n
• Assist customers with order placements, updates, and tracking. 
\n
• Address shipping or delivery issues, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them. 
\n

Team Collaboration:  

\n
• Work with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotions for beauty and wellness audiences. 
\n
• Participate in strategy meetings to improve customer engagement and drive growth. 
\n
• Share insights from customer interactions to inform product development and service enhancements. 
\n

Lead Generation  

\n
• To reach new applicants goal monthly work to develop leads through LinkedIn, yelp, and various other forums. 
\n

Qualifications:  

\n
• Experience: Proven track record in customer service or sales, ideally within the health, wellness, or beauty care sectors. Experience in trade show coordination is a plus. 
\n
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty care and healthcare products is highly desirable. 
\n
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows and events, including overnight stays when necessary. 
\n
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and CRM software. 
\n
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. 
\n
• Organization: Strong multitasking and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 
\n
• Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. 
\n
• Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset. 
\n
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and demonstrates flexibility to meet changing needs.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday 
\n
• Availability to travel for trade shows and events  
\n

Compensation:  

\n
• Starting at $65,000 – $80,000including base and commission  
\n
• Expected hours: Full-Time  
\n
• Bonus Package  
\n
