Ensure thorough documentation of lab processes, provide training to newcomers, and help maintain the highest quality standards in the laboratory.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in the allied health sciences, paired with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
