Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate the growth of responsive parenting skills among caregivers by actively listening to their individual values, concerns, and needs, while providing reflective feedback catered to enhance children's social and emotional development.

• Offer treatment modalities for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and grief related to end-of-life transitions, as well as address complex coping dynamics related to chronic pain or acute injuries.

• Provide consultation services to interdisciplinary teams, fostering a compassionate approach integrated with psychological insights that enhance overall treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations by maintaining accurate and thorough medical documentation for each patient in our care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with independent licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
