Job Description
Tallgrass Freight Co. is looking to partner with experienced Freight Brokers who are seeking a remote and commission-based freight sales opportunity. Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high percentage split, mentoring and back office support.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Your own shipping customers; maintain & develop your existing accounts and prospect for new accounts \n
- Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers \n
- Tracking and documenting relevant activities \n
Agent's Receive:
\n- \n
- High percentage splits (uncapped commissions) \n
- Back office support \n
- Access to a qualified leads database \n
- Access to ~10,000 carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriers \n
- Full visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions \n
- Customized CRM \n
- Benefits available \n
Requirements:

- Experienced freight broker \n
- Established and portable book of business \n
- Entrepreneurial mind set with a desire to maximize income on a commission basis \n
