While you will be primarily providing services through virtual platforms, there may be opportunities for in-person sessions at our Hospice Center as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized tools to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona with no history of disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
