Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, determining the severity and impact of their symptoms on daily functioning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices or frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions to clients, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver care remotely.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster better self-management.

• Monitor and document clients' progress in therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect changes in their mental health status.

• Maintain clear and confidential records of each session, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in the field.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance the quality of care and stay informed about the latest research in mood disorder treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, with a solid understanding of psychopharmacology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with proven abilities to connect and engage with clients effectively.
