About the Position

\n

Distillery is seeking an execution-oriented GTM Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for its software engineering, Data, and AI services business. This role will translate Distillery's Data & AI capabilities into clear messaging, memorable events and conference presence, and focused go-to-market execution. The GTM Senior Marketing Manager will own marketing strategy and demand generation, partnering closely with sales, delivery, and engineering leaders to build repeatable marketing support for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Distillery's industry event and conference strategy, selecting the right events, negotiating sponsorships, and leading on-site presence and experience to build pipeline and brand.
\n
• Translate complex software development, product, and AI capabilities into clear, compelling marketing programs and sales-enablement assets that resonate with technology executives.
\n
• Use market feedback and campaign performance to continuously refine messaging and targeting.
\n
• Develop and support ABM/ABX programs for priority accounts, in partnership with sales.
\n
• Track, measure, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
\n
• Work closely with sales leadership and internal subject matter experts to ensure marketing efforts reflect market opportunities and service capabilities.
\n
• Partner cross-functionally with delivery and engineering leaders to turn client outcomes and case studies into market-facing content.
\n
• Support GTM efforts with practical materials, campaign direction, and positioning that help the sales team create momentum.

Requirements

\n

\n
• 8-12+ years of experience in B2B marketing within technology services, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to market complex offerings with long sales cycles and consultative buying processes, including experience with targeted ABM/ABX or account-based motions.
\n
• Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation and GTM execution.
\n
• Experience planning, managing, and measuring ROI on industry events, conferences, and sponsorships, including on-site execution.
\n
• Familiarity with marketing tools, including marketing automation and performance measurement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
\n
• Builder and operator mentality, with the ability to architect bold strategy while executing hands-on in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment, especially within AI and emerging technologies.
