Focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, the full-time Import Coordinator will prepare customs entry documentation, coordinate inbound shipments, and track shipments while ensuring compliance with US Customs regulations. Key responsibilities Prepare customs entry documentation in compliance with US Customs regulations Coordinate inbound shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and customers Proactively resolve logistics and transportation issues while maintaining accurate records Required qualifications Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred 2+ years of relevant freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation experience preferred Customs Brokerage License is a plus Experience with Microsoft Suite preferred Experience with Cargowise software preferred
