Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify specific needs.

• Provide specialized counseling and therapy sessions through a telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, focusing on their unique circumstances and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and compliant client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to provide comprehensive mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who are experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as clients dealing with substance use disorders. You will also engage with family members to facilitate therapeutic sessions that address interpersonal dynamics and support systems. Your work will directly contribute to improving clients' overall well-being and quality of life during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
