Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services to clients by conducting assessments and delivering individual, group, and family therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that prioritize clients' needs and facilitate access to essential services.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments tailored to the developmental stages of each client.

• Collaborate with team members in regular meetings to share insights and strategies for achieving common goals.

• Ensure compliance with professional ethical guidelines and the organization's code of conduct.

• Proactively identify safety concerns, implement preventative measures, and report unsafe situations promptly.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate and appropriate support for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and care plans.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing service delivery at the clinic.

• Perform on-call responsibilities during and after office hours as assigned.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
