Account Executive

Were looking for a driven, detail-oriented PR professional to join our team and help our clients tell their stories. As a Public Relations Account Executive, youll play a key role in supporting Client Accounts through all stages of the client life cycle, from strategy, onboarding, pitching, and client meetings to event planning/management and building presentations that recap client results. Youll work closely with internal and external partners to ensure all client requests and needs are completed accurately and on time. Tasks and responsibilities: Support and help create client strategy to ensure the execution of deliverables and the achievement of KPI goals Manage, research, identify, and coordinate relevant influencer collaborations and campaigns on behalf of clients Provide client reporting and presentation support Proactively research and track client placements Anticipate client and account needs based on KPIs and deliverables Support client retention by bringing creative, proactive solutions to account leads and the leadership team Prepare for client calls by proactively reviewing call notes and agenda items on assigned accounts Provide support on accounts where you are not the lead, contributing to all aspects of the clients journey Support and contribute to overall PR strategy for both potential new and current clients Support the business development team as needed Create and review media lists for pitching, events, and launches Draft and send media pitches Write compelling copy, including press releases, pitches, media alerts, and more Develop knowledge of the affiliate marketing program as it relates to client needs, and support team and client programs where needed Travel and weekend availability occasionally be required for client meetings and events Assist with administrative and general office responsibilities What Were Looking For: A minimum of 3 years of Public Relations experience Strong leadership skills, both with clients and with team members Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and persuasive messaging across all platforms and interactions A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments to achieve shared goals Adaptability and resilience xmvmafu in the face of changing priorities, workloads, and deadlines, while maintaining productivity and a positive attitude Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing creative solutions A genuine eagerness to learn, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills A self-starter mentality, with the initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement Proficiency with Muckrack, Cision, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Canva, Aspire, Grin, Asana, Hubspot, or similar software WE ARE AN AT-WILL, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER LaRue
