Position: Sales Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated sales strategies , quota plans, and training materials for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses based on strategic soundness, team-leadership rigor, and market-analysis quality.
- Review sales management scenarios involving territory design, quota setting, and customer complaint resolution.
- Provide expert feedback on sales-performance analysis to improve AI model outputs .
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI system performance .
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years of experience in sales management roles such as Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Director.
- Experience directing sales teams, setting sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week .
- Strong written English communication skills.
Start Date
- Immediate
Compensation & Legal
- Task-based payment upon first task approval.
- Hourly payment for the remainder of the project after the first task.
