About the Role Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for their organization, operating remotely with potential for occasional visits to Paarl. This role is essential for attracting top talent and building a high-performing workforce. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of candidate sourcing strategies and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities in the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding of new hires. Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. Proven ability to source candidates using various channels, including online platforms and networks. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
