Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health requirements and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Systematically monitor and document clients’ progress against treatment milestones, adapting care strategies as needed based on ongoing evaluations.

• Engage with clients experiencing crises by developing immediate safety plans and providing timely interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community organizations to create a comprehensive support system for clients' care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting is essential.
