Position: Orthodontist We are currently looking for an Orthodontist to become a vital part of our expanding team. Responsibilities As an Orthodontist, you will provide orthodontic services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: * DentaPro software * Digital x-ray and Panorex units * Fiber-optic handpieces * Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training * A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider * A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% being adults (varies by location) * An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients * A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payers Qualifications We expect you to possess: * A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation * A certificate of completion from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic residency program * A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure * Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR * Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) * A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults This Opportunity Provides: * Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration * Attractive sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for all full-time positions * Support for student loan repayment What We Offer: * A guaranteed base salary exceeding $350K with unlimited bonus potential * A sign-on bonus * No lab fees * Full-time providers can participate in Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, as well as HSA/FSA options * Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, along with Basic Life Insurance, fully covered by the organization * A 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching * Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage * Paid holidays and time off * Reimbursement for continuing education * Continuing education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) * Reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including memberships in organizations like ADA and/or AAPD * Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance * Visa and Green Card sponsorship available We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
