Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to uncover the unique challenges faced by each patient.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, considering each patient's cultural and personal history.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to tackle a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about emotional health, treatment processes, and available community resources to maximize support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions focused on cultural competency.

• Stay current with the latest trends and research in mental health therapy to continually enhance the quality of service offered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities that prioritize cultural competence.

• Experience delivering therapy both individually and in group settings using approaches that are inclusive and responsive to the needs of diverse populations.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
