Position Responsibilities Deliver in-field coaching to technicians during live repair work to improve diagnostic skills, repair quality, and execution discipline Reinforce standardized diagnostic processes, including root cause analysis and repair verification, to reduce repeat repairs Partner with branch leadership to align technician development with operational goals such as first-time-fix rates and efficiency Track technician progress, identify skill gaps, and adjust coaching plans to support ongoing development Maintain a strong field presence while providing feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve service performance Position Requirements 3-5 years of management level experience in shop and service management, within the construction equipment rental industry is preferred.
