Revenue Manager

Revenue Manager We are a growing consumer products company with a strong presence across major e-commerce platforms and direct-to-consumer channels. The business operates across multiple product categories and sales channels, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure to support continued growth. We are looking for a Revenue Manager to take ownership of the company’s revenue cycle and accounts receivable function. This role sits within the accounting team and will play a key part in ensuring accurate revenue reporting, strong cash flow visibility, and operational efficiency across multiple sales channels. Revenue Manager Key Responsibilities Own the full order-to-cash cycle including invoicing, collections, and cash application Manage accounts receivable aging and proactively drive collections on outstanding balances Ensure accurate and timely billing across all sales channels Reconcile revenue across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to chargebacks, deductions, returns, and platform fees Support proper revenue recognition in line with company policy and accounting standards Lead AR and revenue-related activities during month-end close Prepare reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable Analyze revenue trends, collections performance, and variances Utilize NetSuite for AR management, reporting, and reconciliations Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive automation across billing and collections Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Customer teams to resolve billing issues Support audit requests and maintain proper documentation of revenue processes Revenue Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or order-to-cash functions Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer products environments strongly preferred Hands‑on experience with NetSuite is a plus Exposure to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar platforms is a strong plus Strong understanding of high‑volume transactional environments and reconciliations #J-18808-Ljbffr Williamvaughnta
