Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to align with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Establishing measurable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and routinely tracking their progress to ensure responsiveness to their evolving needs.

• Facilitating teletherapy sessions for clients who may prefer virtual appointments due to logistical challenges or health concerns, ensuring continued access to care.

• Maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards for practice.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
